Ricardo Adam, Founder
Ricardo Adam is an entrepreneur with a variety of real estate investments in Canada and abroad. Ricardo Adam emigrated from Lebanon to Canada, after the civil war of 1958, to explore new markets for his family’s jewelry business, but reoriented his efforts and investments into real estate in the early 1970s.
Relying on his strong relationships with the Ottawa/Gatineau business community, Ricardo Adam founded Adam Real Estate & Development Inc. in 1980.
Throughout his career, Ricardo Adam received several awards, including the following. In 1985, the City of Gatineau awarded him a medal of appreciation for his active role in the growth of the city. In 1987, The Right Honorable Brian Mulroney, Prime Minister of Canada, presented Ricardo Adam with a high distinction award in recognition for his role in the development of the City of Gatineau, acknowledging by the same token his significant business and community achievements. In 2006, the Canadian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry presented Ricardo Adam with a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his outstanding business success and community service throughout his career.

Alain Adam, President
B.A.Sc. (Civ. Eng.), LL.B, LL.L
Alain Adam is a lawyer and a civil engineer. He was educated at the University of Ottawa where he received his bachelor in Civil Engineering and Business Administration in 1994. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Dean’s Honours List distinction, and was the recipient of several scholarships, including the Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Alain Adam completed his bachelors of Common Law and Civil Law in 2000. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and won the Brian Dickson award for the highest standing in the combined common law and civil law program.
Before joining Adam Real Estate in 2005, Alain Adam was an associate lawyer with Smart & Biggar. He taught intellectual property law to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Ottawa. He also acted as legal adviser for Public Works Government Services Canada, essentially providing lead legal advice on the sale-leaseback of a multi-billion Dollar portfolio of federal government buildings.
Although Alain Adam focuses most of his efforts on leading the growth of Adam Real Estate, he founded AZ Wireless in 2011 and Mobile Klinik in 2015. Today, AZ Wireless is one the country’s leading Freedom Mobile dealer, and Mobile Klinik is Canada’s largest and fastest growing professional while-you-wait smartphone and tablet repair chain.

Chirine Rizkallah, Vice-President, Finance and Administration
Chirine holds a Master’s Degree in Geography, with a specialization in Spatial Planning and the Environment from St-Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. Before joining Adam Real Estate in 2011, she was a television researcher and columnist for a Lebanese television station (Future TV) and worked as assistant project manager for the United Nations in Lebanon. Chirine also worked as a volunteer rescuer for the Red Cross in Lebanon, where she was a Section Head for a period of two years.
As Director of Finance and Administration, Chirine manages all financial and administrative services for Adam Real Estate and ensures that the company remains financially sustainable and poised for growth.

Daniel Boudjok, Vice-President of operations
Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ESA Business School in Beirut, Lebanon, and an advanced graduate degree in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris, France. He also holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Notre-Dame University, Lebanon. Before joining Adam Real Estate in 2019, Daniel held various positions as Operations Manager for companies in the foodservice and hospitality industry across Lebanon and Africa. He also worked as a volunteer rescuer for the Red Cross in Lebanon, where he was a Section Head for a period of two years from 2009 to 2011.
As VP of Operations, Daniel’s authority stretches over all or most of the company’s departments, and his responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning how both material and human resources are to be utilized to meet target goals.

Tony Kazarian, Senior Project Manager

Tony Kazarian is a Professional Engineer (Civil Engineer) who is acting as Senior Project Manager for Adam Real Estate.
Tony Kazarian was educated at the University of Waterloo and McGill University, where he respectively received his bachelor in Civil Engineering in 1991 and his Certificate in Project Management in 1994.
Over his 20-year construction career, Tony Kazarian managed and successfully completed – as senior project manager – over 2 million square feet of construction projects valued at more than 350 million dollars, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, long-term facilities, correctional institutions, commercial and retail buildings, recreational community centres, schools and courthouses. Tony Kazarian’s diverse background puts him in an advantageous position of having a unique understanding of the challenges faced by other members of the project team.
He was also involved in the 400 million dollars prestige Permanent Windsor Casino project as head of construction coordinator.
